PACE provides multiple service components to deliver comprehensive strategies for families of youths at risk. In one year, program impact is measured in REDUCING RECIDIVISM PLUS 6 OTHER KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Developing opportunities for character-building and proper esteem for youth.
  • Fostering effective communication and problem-solving between youth and parent.
  • Matching adult coaches with youths and parents to form a bonded team.
  • Enlisting youth, parent and neighbors involvement to reinforce community
  • Establishing individual educational goals for youths and help implement them.
  • Providing youth training opportunities for job readiness & professional growth.

In the 1 st 17-weeks, youth and parents are engaged in intense hands-on training covering such topics as:

  • Substance Abuse Awareness & Prevention
  • Love, Relationships & Abstinence
  • Gang Violence & Membership Prevention
  • Self esteem, Character and Integrity
  • Anger & Conflict Management
  • Youth & Parent Effective Communication
  • Youth & Parent Problem-solving, plus many more!

For one year, youth and parents are teamed with personally matched coaches. These coaches are representatives of the community assisting families with educational goal-setting, goal implementation, career planning and professional development. A truly remarkable solution, PACE helps restore a sense of community lost due to neighborhood alienation and isolation felt by families in today's rapidly changing society.
