Since the program's first classes in 2001, 592 boys and girls have enrolled, 470 successfully completed the program. In addition, 67 siblings and 266 parents have also completed the program. Of those 592, only 83 were rearrested or reincarcerated. In 2004, our one-year rearrest rate was 23% lower than that of youth in Harris County not enrolled in PACE. In 2005-2009, the percentage of PACE youth graduates who did not reoffend was 76.5%.
