PACE Youth Programs Inc. redirects the lives of adjudicated youth by providing wraparound services through a comprehensive life skills program. PACE's success in reducing the threat of youth reentering the juvenile justice system largely results from our ability to help youth and parents see and create new possibilities today, for new tomorrows.

PACE Youth Programs, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) faith based organization that empowers juvenile offenders to become responsible and productive citizens.

To redirect the lives of adjudicated youth by providing wraparound services through a comprehensive life skills program designed to enhance their potential to be productive citizens.

Objectives:

Our objective is to develop an evidence-based program that will provide the following:

• Youth and Family Team - Youth, family, natural supports, program staff and public agency representatives together develop and implement services.
• Community-Based Services - Services are provided in community settings accessible to clients and families.
• Cultural Competence - The service process builds on the unique values, preferences and needs of youth, families, and their communities.
• Individualized and Strength-Based - Services are tailored to the individual client and their family and build from their strengths in order to achieve success.
• Natural Supports - Formal professional and paraprofessional services are blended with informal resources of the family and community.
• Continuation of Care - There is unconditional commitment to serve each youth and family and not give up in the face of obstacles and setbacks.
• Collaboration - Plans of care are developed and implemented with full interagency, provider, community and family/youth participation.
• Flexible Resources - The service approach is designed to draw flexibly from all available resources to meet youth and family needs.
• Outcome-Based Services - Outcomes are measured for the system, program and the individual child/family and are used to refine and improve services.
• Faith-Based - providing moral and spiritual guidance through a comprehensive life skills program designed to enhance the potential for youth to be productive citizens.
